- Provision of condenser water fancoil system with fresh air intake fan linked and operated via CO2 sensors
- Detailed design of water-cooled fancoil system, pipework, associated control linked to base building BMS, condenser water pump and motorised valves
- Commercial kitchen hood including island hood, combi-oven linked to makeup air system and gas solenoid valve for concurrent operation.
- Design of the energy efficient ventilation system for the cold rooms and freezer condenser heat rejection.
